About this role

The Enterprise Technology Manager at GHX is a working manager within Corporate IT, reporting to the Executive Director of IT Service Management, leading a single team focused on global employee technical support. The role partners closely with end-user support leaders in India and the EU to ensure consistent worldwide service delivery while also contributing hands-on to ticket resolution. This hybrid position is based out of GHX’s Louisville, Colorado headquarters with in-office presence required at least three days per week.
