About this role

The Manager, Leadership Development & Sales Training leads the design and facilitation of a new leadership development track for Heartflow's sales organization, with a primary emphasis on original content creation and hands-on leadership coaching. This role supports new hire onboarding and transitions to a primary focus on leadership development as the track is built out. Success requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Commercial partners to ensure training content and delivery reflect real-world needs and business goals.
