The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) Operations drives the deployment and adoption of the Power of M initiative across Greater China’s managed and franchised hotels, serving as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution. This role provides regional L&D support for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Hainan, partnering with property leaders to ensure consistent learning execution and capability development. The position oversees learning readiness, content integration, stakeholder alignment, and analytics to support successful system adoption and training delivery.
