The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) Operations drives the deployment and adoption of the Power of M initiative across Greater China’s managed and franchised hotels, serving as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution. This role provides regional L&D support for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Hainan, partnering with property L&D leaders to ensure consistent learning execution and capability development. The position oversees learning readiness, content integration, stakeholder alignment, and analytics to support successful system adoption and training delivery.
