The Manager - Learning & Development will serve as a strategic learning partner within Zeta’s Talent Management & L&D Center of Excellence. This role focuses on building a scalable learning ecosystem that supports the company’s growth, performance, and culture priorities. The manager will own the learning agenda for specific organizational units and lead organization-wide learning charters. They will work closely with business leaders and People Partners to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
