Manager, Manufacturing Process Operations

This role leads Peptide Upstream Manufacturing, specifically Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS), while managing manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS) activities to ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution in line with cGMP standards. The position involves overseeing production operations, managing deviations and audits, and ensuring equipment readiness for engineering and GMP batches. Additionally, the role requires coordinating technology transfers, scaling up processes, and leading cross-functional teams to meet business and project requirements.
