About this role

As a Manager of Market Access Forecasting at Abbott's Diabetes Care Division, you will support the quarterly Managed Care forecast process by contributing to volume and trend analysis and epidemiology modeling. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Finance, and Contracting teams to deliver forecasts and provide analytical insights that inform strategic business decisions. This onsite role involves driving forecasting best practices, maintaining clear documentation of methodologies, and presenting findings to leadership to support planning.

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of Managed Care forecasts across product portfolios
Collaborate with Account Management, Finance, and Contracting to align on key assumptions
Incorporate payer coverage and formulary positioning into forecast assumptions
Drive forecasting best practices and standardize continuous process improvements
Present analytical insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making
