Manager MOW Operations

This role serves as a liaison between Engineering, Network Operations, and Field Operations on the 24/7 Engineering Desk at the Network Operations Center. The position involves managing and coordinating SPT team moves, unit train ballast, rail moves, and other engineering equipment while aligning locomotive and crew resources to improve cycle times and asset utilization. The Manager also coordinates with various teams to ensure accurate maintenance of way train profiles, timely track windows, and proper equipment placement for system production.
