Manager MOW Operations

This role serves as a liaison between Engineering, Network Operations, and Field Operations on the 24/7 Engineering Desk at the Network Operations Center. The position manages and coordinates SPT team moves, unit train ballast, rail moves, and various engineering equipment while aligning locomotive and crew resources to improve cycle times and asset utilization. The Manager also ensures accurate maintenance of way train profiles, coordinates with clearance bureaus and transportation services, and leads daily material distribution calls.
