About this role
DaVita is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) Manager to provide regional clinical leadership for Nurse Practitioners serving patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The role is autonomous and partners with clinical and operational leaders to support population health, quality outcomes, and program sustainability. This position is based in the Great Plains region (Omaha, NE) and is offered as a hybrid-remote role.
