About this role

The Manager – OSP Construction will lead Outside Plant network builds for Lumos, overseeing execution of fiber construction projects and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams. The role supports growth of the fiber network by managing relationships with local officials and communities and ensuring projects progress safely and on schedule. This position contributes to process improvement and helps scale Lumos’s fiber deployment across assigned markets.
