Manager - Payroll

The Payroll Manager ensures the accurate and compliant execution of U.S. and Canadian payroll operations through end-to-end processing, review, and reconciliation. This role serves as a subject matter expert for multi-state and cross-border tax operations while partnering with HRIS and Finance teams to maintain system integrity. Additionally, the position focuses on strengthening operational controls, driving process efficiency, and resolving complex payroll scenarios to ensure predictive outcomes.
