Manager, Performance Improvement and Project Management Office (PI/PMO)

The Manager, Performance Improvement and Project Management Office (PI/PMO) provides strategic and operational leadership for UC Health’s enterprise project management and performance improvement functions. This role oversees the Project Management Office team and the Performance Improvement Team, ensuring consistent use of methodologies and data-driven decision-making. The position builds system capability in project management, improvement science, and change management through governance, coaching, and collaboration with leaders across UC Health.
