The PMO Manager provides leadership and oversight for the team of Project Managers within the Digital Workplace Practice, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of customer-facing professional services engagements. This role is responsible for strong project governance, standardized methodologies, financial discipline, and continuous improvement. The PMO Manager leads, develops, and mentors Project Managers while monitoring project portfolio health and serving as a point of escalation for delivery issues and risks.
