Manager, Product Innovation Enablement (PIE)

The Manager, Product Innovation Enablement (PIE) leads cross-functional collaboration across the end-to-end supply chain to support the product roadmap, including new ingredient development, process improvements, and product partnerships. This role manages operational readiness for product launches, coordinates launch activities, and drives the identification and implementation of critical supply chain capabilities. The position blends strategic support for long-term New Product Development goals with tactical execution of launch initiatives to ensure product stability and scalability.
