About this role

As a Manager-level Platform Product Manager at Caterpillar, you will lead the strategy and delivery of AI and autonomy-enabled capabilities on the Helios Platform. You will drive platform-level product thinking to ensure it evolves as a scalable foundation for intelligent, API-driven, and autonomous workflows across the digital ecosystem. The role requires partnering with engineering and domain teams to translate enterprise investments into reusable, high-impact capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy for AI and autonomy capabilities within the platform
Lead development of AI-powered platform services and autonomous decision-support systems
Guide product managers to ensure delivery of high-impact capabilities at scale
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to align on autonomous machine roadmaps
Shape the platform roadmap and transition workflows to agentic execution models
