Manager, Programs – East Africa

The Manager, Programs – East Africa will lead the execution of the Foundation’s regional strategy by developing a high-impact portfolio of investments and grants focused on economic mobility and household stability. This hands-on leadership role involves identifying high-potential opportunities, structuring investments, and collaborating with partners to drive measurable outcomes in East Africa. The position requires a senior leader with extensive experience in investing, strategy, or venture operations to help build the Foundation's presence and culture in the region.
