Manager, Technical Accounting

The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation is seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Accounting to report to the Head of Accounting and oversee accounting, controls, and disclosures for the Foundation's endowment and program-related investment portfolio. This role involves scaling accounting and reporting across global offices, preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and driving process improvements in financial applications. The position requires close collaboration with regional finance teams, external partners, and leadership to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
