Manager, PTO Data Systems

The Manager, PTO Data Systems leads a technical, data-driven function responsible for the end-to-end research, analysis, and processing of Paid Time Off (PTO), Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Personal Pay, and Sick Safe Pay eligibility, grants, and adjustments. This role ensures system readiness, data conversion validation, and cross-system reconciliation while supporting the transition to a new Absence Management system. The position requires advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of interconnected HRIS environments to maintain data accuracy across time-off and timekeeping systems.
