Manager, PTO Data Systems

The Manager, PTO Data Systems leads a technical, data-driven function responsible for the end-to-end research, analysis, and processing of Paid Time Off (PTO), Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Personal Pay, and Sick Safe Pay eligibility, grants, and adjustments. This role ensures system readiness, data conversion validation, and cross-system reconciliation while supporting the transition to a new Absence Management system. The position leverages advanced analytical skills and enterprise-level systems thinking to maintain data accuracy across interconnected HRIS environments.
