About this role

The Manager – Regulatory Reporting will support the Senior Manager in coordinating the end‑to‑end regulatory reporting compilation process for TD Insurance, preparing, reviewing and submitting annual and quarterly regulatory returns, and ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role also involves working with Finance, Actuaries and Reinsurance stakeholders, coordinating certifications, supporting internal audit, and identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review regulatory returns
Reconcile returns to general ledger and investigate variances
Identify and explain quarter‑over‑quarter and year‑over‑year variances
Coordinate certifications and gather inputs from stakeholders
Support internal audit and remediate audit findings
