The Workplace Ambassador role serves as a visible, mobile presence within the office environment, enhancing the workplace experience through hospitality, colleague support, space readiness, and operational coordination. This position ensures shared spaces are welcoming, functional, and engaging while providing day-to-day support for colleagues, visitors, and workplace events. The role involves maintaining cafés and meeting rooms, managing inventory, conducting workplace walkthroughs, and supporting enterprise events and colleague engagement activities.
