About this role

The Manager, Residential Investment is a key member of the Investment team responsible for managing acquisition and disposition activities for single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) assets. The role partners with external firms (law, title/escrow, brokerages, valuation vendors) and internal teams (Legal, Treasury, Property Operations, Accounts Payable) to ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely closings. The position supports complex transactions including portfolio/bulk deals, 1x1 acquisitions, new construction, and 1031 exchanges while maintaining process integrity and communication across stakeholders.
