Manager Restaurant and Beverage-Full Time

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with service standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations. The position involves managing personnel matters, monitoring budgets and labor costs, and resolving guest complaints to maintain high-quality customer service. The Manager also assists the Director with budget goals and represents the Food and Beverage Department in various matters.
