Manager, Revenue Operations

The Manager, Revenue Operations leads Qualitrol's newly established Revenue Operations function within Commercial Operations, owning forecast accuracy, funnel governance, and standardized KPI reporting across all regions. This role manages a team of four analysts covering sales compensation, systems administration, BI/analytics, and pricing, serving as the primary link between sales pipeline execution and leadership's forecast, budget, and growth commitments. The position is central to scaling orders by ensuring leadership has a trusted forecast and sales has the systems, data, and governance to scale efficiently.
