About this role

The Manager, Risk & HEDIS Education will lead the development and delivery of provider education programs focused on risk adjustment, HCC documentation, coding principles, and HEDIS quality measures. This role partners with Risk Adjustment, Quality, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Informatics teams to create standardized education materials, provide coaching, and ensure audit readiness across markets. The position reports to the Senior Director of Risk Adjustment and HEDIS Enablement and supports workflow optimization and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of provider education programs
Conduct prospective and retrospective documentation and coding reviews
Monitor documentation trends and create reporting recommendations

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, health information management, or related fieldActive Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certificationCertified Professional Coder (CPC) certificationCertified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification (preferred)Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification (preferred)
