About this role

Tailscale is hiring a hands-on Manager to lead and develop a Sales Development (SDR) team responsible for building qualified pipeline for the sales organization. The role focuses on coaching early‑career sellers, refining prospecting playbooks across inbound and outbound channels, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align strategy and messaging. The manager will track SDR KPIs, forecast pipeline creation, recruit and ramp talent, and represent the SDR function in go-to-market planning.
