The Manager, Sales Operations — LATAM serves as a strategic business partner to regional sales leadership, translating growth objectives into disciplined commercial execution across forecasting, pipeline governance, and annual planning. This role leads regional Sales Operations resources to improve growth, productivity, and forecast accuracy while ensuring effective collaboration across Brazil, Spanish-speaking LATAM, and global functions. The position is based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Responsibilities

Lead regional forecasting process and pipeline inspection cadence to improve accuracy
Translate growth objectives into capacity plans, territories, quotas, and account coverage models
Develop executive-level analysis and reporting across ARR, growth, churn, and revenue trends
