About this role

The Manager Sales Operations drives fact-based sales decision-making by developing business intelligence, maintaining CRM infrastructure, and leading analytics and strategy projects. The role supports sales and marketing effectiveness through CRM administration, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager leads and develops a sales operations team and partners with Finance, IT, Marketing and other departments to optimize sales processes and performance.
