Manager, Service Provider Risk

The Manager, Service Provider Risk role sits within Enterprise Risk & Compliance and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating CBUS' Service Provider Risk Policy, Standards, and supporting tools. This position provides second-line advice and guidance to the business, Monitoring Controls & Governance, and Risk Advisory teams to help them understand and meet their obligations. The role is central to helping CBUS meet its CPS230 obligations for managing material service providers and operational risk. It involves monitoring compliance, overseeing due diligence, maintaining the central Material Service Provider register, and coordinating Executive and Board reporting.
