ICON is seeking a Manager to lead enablement programs and recruiting operations in support of the Talent Acquisition team. The role owns strategic initiatives across talent acquisition and manages operational aspects of the full recruiting lifecycle to drive efficiency and hire quality. This on-site position is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and reports to the Vice President of People.
