The Manager, Technical Support – Developer Platform will build and scale a new developer-focused support function within Cloudflare’s Technical Support organization. This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical depth and operational rigor to establish processes, standards, and a global follow-the-sun support model. The manager will shape how Cloudflare supports its developer ecosystem and partner closely with Engineering and Product to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
