Manager, Total Rewards & Performance Management

The Manager, Total Rewards & Performance Management will lead and govern the global total rewards framework for approximately 3,500 employees across the Capsules & Health Ingredients business. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the role acts as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, overseeing compensation, performance management, incentive programs, benefits, mobility, payroll governance, and executive rewards. It combines strategic design, governance, analytics, and execution to support talent attraction, retention, and pay‑for‑performance objectives in a global environment.
