About this role

The Training Manager leads delivery and continuous improvement of customer training programs across all M3 products, ensuring customers gain the knowledge and skills to successfully use the software. The role includes developing and mentoring the training team, maintaining training standards and materials, and partnering with Product, Support, and Onboarding to align training with customer success and product adoption. The manager also tracks training KPIs, drives process and content improvements, and provides executive updates on training impact and team capacity.
