About this role

The Managing Director, Strategy, Planning & Performance is a senior advisor to the Vice-President, Finance and Operations who leads the development and delivery of the VPFO strategic plan across a multi-unit, multi-campus environment. The role provides strategic leadership for internal coordination including HR and communications, translates executive vision into actionable goals and measurable results, and ensures operational alignment and performance tracking across the portfolio. The position also supports executive decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and drives continuous improvement and change integration.
