Manufacturing Accelerated Leadership Scheme

The Manufacturing Accelerated Leadership Scheme is a 3-year intensive program designed to prepare high-potential employees for senior leadership roles within the Naval Ships business. Participants will complete three challenging manufacturing placements, receive targeted development interventions, and engage in mentoring and coaching to build leadership, technical, and financial acumen. The scheme aims to equip candidates with the skills necessary to succeed as Manufacturing Leaders, with the potential to exit into a GG14 role upon successful completion.
