Manufacturing Engineer

Rantec Power Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own product manufacturability by developing and monitoring efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes and tools for military and aerospace power supplies. As the Manufacturing DFM Gatekeeper, the role involves designing fixtures and tooling, creating detailed assembly instructions, and resolving production issues to ensure quality and safety while adhering to ITAR regulations. The position requires collaborating with design engineering to transfer new products into manufacturing and implementing continuous improvement methodologies like Lean.
