About this role

The Manufacturing Engineer will safely perform detailed parts manufacturing and assembly operations for polyurethane materials, including specialized processing, bonding, painting, and machining support. This role involves documenting and converting Standard Work, supporting facility lift operations, and creating urethane processes to meet quality and delivery requirements. The position requires independent planning, design of molds and processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance and safety.

Responsibilities

Design polyurethane molds and processes to meet customer specifications
Create and maintain process documentation including Standard Work and Travel Cards
Develop compliant Lift Plans and perform weekly lift evolutions

Skills

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
