The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist at Essity is part of the Manufacturing Excellence team, focused on developing employees, teams and the organization through training, coaching and on-the-floor support. The role supports the Capability Leader and MEx Manager, drives TPM implementation and capability building, and contributes to documentation and continuous improvement efforts. The position works day shift and helps embed practical standards and a culture of ownership in manufacturing operations.
