Excellence Operations Lead

The Excellence Operations Lead oversees the end-to-end implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence programme across brewery operations, coaching teams and embedding continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate losses and enhance performance. This role involves supporting strategic planning, leading focused improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective use of performance management structures to drive operational excellence. The position plays a key part in benchmarking, capability building, and shaping organisational design to deliver results across site and supply chain operations.
