Manufacturing Execution Lead

The role leads and coordinates daily manufacturing execution in a cell therapy cleanroom environment, ensuring personnel, materials, equipment, and documentation are ready for production. It provides real-time technical mentorship, supports shift handovers, manages deviations, and collaborates across Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Process Development, Supply Chain, and Facilities and Engineering to maintain schedule adherence and drive continuous improvement.
