Manufacturing Leadership Development Program – Operations Track

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program – Operations Track is a three‑year, full‑time rotational program for recent graduates to gain experience in plant operations, supervisory leadership, and central engineering within Whirlpool’s manufacturing facilities. Participants will rotate through multiple sites, work on projects in areas such as assembly, logistics, quality, and process engineering, and receive mentorship, leadership training, and exposure to senior executives.
