P&S Operations Leadership Development Program - Supply Chain/Ops Management

The Operations Leadership Development Program is a three‑year, rotational program for recent graduates that provides experience across supplier partnerships, manufacturing, and program strategy while requiring completion of a master’s degree with tuition assistance. Participants rotate through various U.S. locations, receive mentorship, leadership training, and exposure to senior executives, preparing them for future leadership roles in supply chain and operations.
