Manufacturing Machine Operator

This role is responsible for the daily setup and operation of manufacturing machines to meet production goals while ensuring all safety and quality standards are consistently met. The individual coordinates product changeovers, monitors machine performance, and performs basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Additionally, the position involves maintaining accurate production records, participating in problem-solving initiatives, and adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
