Manufacturing Machine Operator

This role is responsible for the daily set-up and operation of manufacturing machines to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. The individual coordinates product changeovers, monitors machine performance, and performs basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Additionally, the position involves recording production data, maintaining accurate logs, and participating in technical meetings to address productivity and safety issues.
