Manufacturing Operations

This role is responsible for the qualification, deployment, and sustaining of manufacturing activities at the component and finished product level for a wearable biosensor platform. The position involves supporting production monitoring, optimizing processes for quality and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful transfers from R&D to production. The role requires expertise in scaling manufacturing processes, statistical analysis, and adherence to FDA and ISO quality standards. It also includes developing training materials, managing equipment documentation, and implementing mistake-proofing opportunities to enhance manufacturing execution.
