Manufacturing Operations

Under the direction of the Manager and/or Supervisor of Manufacturing Operations, this role assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical systems to create subassemblies or complete units. The position involves fitting, aligning, and calibrating parts to meet tolerances while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. The employee works collaboratively within a performance-driven culture to support continuous improvement initiatives.
