Capstan is seeking a professional to join a newly formed team developing test systems for a first-of-its-kind surgical robot. The role involves owning the software and test systems from subassemblies through full system integration, partnering with R&D to define test strategies, and architecting hardware-in-the-loop systems. This position requires debugging across mechanical, electrical, and software boundaries to ensure the novel robot is ready for patients.
