About this role

This role ensures the highest quality standards for mid to high-volume production of heat pump units, focusing on the Final Assembly, Test, and Pack (FATP) stages. The position involves overseeing in-process quality, driving yield improvements, and managing the transition from assembly to customer delivery within a Contract Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly and rigorous yield management to maintain defect-free production.

Responsibilities

Drive production yield and lead yield improvement forums with contract manufacturing teams
Qualify end-of-line test stations and maintain pass/fail limits for production quality
Manage out-of-box audits and drive root cause analysis for field returns and assembly failures
