As the MU Head of Formulation & Rotavirus based in Belgium, you will lead performance operations for a manufacturing unit dedicated to producing complex medicines and vaccines. This Director-level role involves managing safe, high-quality, and efficient operations while collaborating with technical and engineering teams to meet production targets and continuous improvement goals. You will direct the formulation and rota planning, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and fostering a strong safety culture across the shop floor.
